Inclement Weather

​ **Safety Considerations**: The safety of our attendees is our top priority. In the event of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, ice storms or other hazardous conditions), the event may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of the organizers.

**Notification**: Attendees will be notified of any changes due to inclement weather via email, and phone.
**Refunds and Rescheduling**: If the event is canceled due to severe weather, attendees will receive a full refund or if not, appointment can be rescheduled within the next 3 months.​​
